Disability Access

We have access to the Surgery, consulting rooms and toilets for disabled patients. We also have allocated car parking spaces for disabled patients. If you have any particular concerns or requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Hard of hearing patients

We offer hearing loop system for use by people with hearing aids. A hearing loop is a special type of sound system and provides a magnetic, wireless signal that is picked up by the hearing aid when it is set to ‘T’ (Telecoil) setting.

If you are wanting to use our hearing loop system, please advise the reception team before you appointment, or on your arrival.

The practice is able to offer an NHS England authorised interpreter only. Due to guidance from NHS England it is in the best interests of the patient and the clinician that an authorised NHS interpreter is used to assist during appointments with the clinician.

This helps to avoid any miscommunication between both parties. We require plenty of notice to arrange an interpreter for your appointment booked. Please let us know of your requirements as soon as possible.

Free patient parking is available at the front of surgery.
